This first version orders whole files. Split or rearrange the source PDF first when individual pages need a different order.

No. File reading, PDF processing, rendering, and ZIP creation happen locally in this browser tab.

Why are there page and file limits?

PDF rendering can use several bytes of memory per pixel. The limits keep large jobs from freezing or closing the browser tab.
